Being a resilience and mindfulness life coach and counsellor, Joshua helps people to uncover the dissonances within themselves, discover their heart’s desires and empower them to live authentically as their true selves. He believes holistic health comes from an integration of mind and body. Problems (physical, mental, social and emotional) within self and with others occur when one’s internal and external world are in conflict with each other. His approach to counselling is eclectic and he loves to flow with clients’ needs and personality in using appropriate approaches to support his clients’ healing journey. Adopting a Person-Centred approach, he blends his practice of Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with mindfulness interventions to assist his clients to live authentic lives.
